2 c Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
2/3 c milk
1/2 c brown sugar
1 handful raisins
3 T Aspen Mulling Spices
1/2 to 3/4 c oatmeal
2 T Wesson oil
Mix all ingredients together and put mixture in slightly greased 12 cup muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. High altitude: heat oven to 425.
