3/4 c flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c milk
1/3 c water
1/2 t vanilla
2 T aspen Mulling Spices
4-6 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 T butter
Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs, milk, water, vanilla, and Aspen Mulling Spices. Mix well. Fold in apples. Melt butter on griddle or in frying pan. Spoon batter onto griddle and fry until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle pancakes with extra Aspen Mulling Spices if desired.
