3/4 c butter
1 c Aspen Mulling Spices
1 c sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c molasses
2 t apple cider vinegar
3 3/4 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 t baking soda
3 t ginger
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, Aspen Mulling Spices, and sugar. Stir in eggs, molasses, and vinegar. Sift flour, baking soda, and ginger then combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Form dough into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet for about 12 minutes. As the ball melts down during baking the cookie develops the characteristic crinkled surface.
