1 pkg yeast
2 1/4 c bread flour
3/4 c wheat flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 c Aspen Mulling Spices
2/3 c warm applesauce
1 T butter, room temperature
1/2 c warm apple juice
1/2 c grated fresh apple
Mix together dry ingredients. Add to mixture of applesauce, butter, apple juice, and grated apple.
At this point Jenney pops it into her bread machine and pushes "START". However, you may hand knead and let the dough rise until it is double in size. Then punch it down, divide into two portions, and place each in a 8 x 4 loaf pan. Let rise until double in size again. Bake at 350 degrees until brown-40 to 45 minutes.
