Spiced Fruit

1 lb 14 oz canned fruit of choice, drained (peach, apricot, pear, etc.)
1 c honey
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c Aspen Mulling Spices

Place drained contents of a 1-pound 14-oz can of peach halves, apricot halves, pear halves, or pineapple chunks in a 1 qt jar. Heat 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup Aspen Mulling Spices to boiling. Pour over fruit; cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
