1 lb cream cheese
1 c traditional pesto sauce
1/2 c butter
1/2 c toasted pine nuts
9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam
Whip cream cheese and butter. Add pesto. Stir in pine nuts. Line medium spring form pan or 3" tall cake pan with plastic wrap and press mixture into pan. Cover and chill overnight. Un-mold on tray and top with Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam. Serve with baguette slices. Serves 12
