Turkey Dim Sum

Turkey Dim Sum

1 lb Turkey, ground
1 egg
2 T Soy sauce
1 t Garlic, minced
1 t Ginger, minced
1/4 c Robert Rothschild Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
3 Green onions, chopped
1/2 c carrot, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg Wonton wrappers
Lettuce leaves

In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard, green onions, carrot, salt and pepper. Take wonton wrapper and place a heaping teaspoon of meat mixture in the middle. Wrap sides of wonton around meat filling to form a cup or purse-like shape. Place lettuce leaves in bottom of steamer. Place filled wontons on top of the lettuce leaves. Leave space in between each wonton so they don't stick together. Steam for about 16-18 minutes. Serve warm. Yields 24 dumplings.
