The Kitchen Table takes pride in providing you customer service that you can depend on. Our shipping and return policy is as follows:
All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. No orders are processed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday. Should merchandise be out of stock or no longer available, you will be notified by email or phone. At that time, substitutions or refunds will be determined.
Shipments are delivered to the address provided at check out and are limited to the 48-contiguous United States unless otherwise agreed upon with The Kitchen Table by phone to 601-261-2224. Free shipping is honored on orders over $75 but is always limited to the 48 contiguous United States and may not apply to certain products as noted in the item’s description. The Kitchen Table uses FedEx, UPS and USPS based on the best price, tracking and timely delivery.
Curb-side or in-store pick up is available within 24 hours once you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
The Kitchen Table will accept returns based on the following:
- Items must be in new/unused condition and in it’s original packaging
- Return Authorization is required andmust be requested within 7 days of shipment’s delivery
- Products authorized for return must be at The Kitchen Table within 30 days of purchase to receive full refund
- Orders that receive free shipping will be charged a shipping/handling fee of $15
- Returns must be properly packaged, insured and trackable, and paid by customer
- Items that arrive damaged will be addressed with shipper and their insurance policy
